No contract will subsist between you and Broadway Presentations ltd. for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Broadway Presentations Ltd accepts your order by e-mail confirming confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Broadway Presentations sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Broadway Presentations irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Returns

You have the right to return good to us within 7 working days of receiving the goods for any reason, and for a full refund of the original charges. You are responsible for all return shipping cots unless the product is not fit for the purpose originally intended. To return an item  - please ccontact us in writing beforehand and wait for a confirmation before returning the goods. Written contact can be in any of the following formats - email, post and fax.

We regret we cannot accept returned goods without first being contacted in writing (see above).

You will receive a refund, or your credit card will be refunded, no later than 30 days after Broadway Presentations receipt of returned good in in their original packaging.

***Any product that you have requested to be Engraved cannot be refunded. 

If we fail to deliver an order within 30 days of the order being placed you are entitled to a full refund.

1.d Disclaimer

Except as specifically stated on this Web site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither Broadway Presentations Ltd nor any of its affiliates, directors, employee or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, or indirect consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss or damage to property and claims of third parties. 1.3 "Goods" means any items offered for sale by the company.
1.4 "Customer" means any company or individual who places an order with the Company for goods.
1.5. "Contract" means the acceptance by the Company of an order, place by a customer and such acceptance shall occur when the Company commences work on an order or when the company agrees to accept the order and communicates this to the customer.

2. Contracts

2.1 These terms shall apply to every contract.
2.2 The Company may ask for any information it requires to fulfil the contract and there shall be no liability upon the Company for non-performance if the necessary information is not provided.

3. Prices - All Prices shown on our Website are for Internet Web Site Sales Only and may vary from our actual Shop. 

3.1 All prices quoted by the Company are only valid at the time of contract and are exclusive of any other matters unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to revise the quoted price in the event of unforeseen and extraordinary expenses for the Company appertaining the goods.

4. Payment

4 Goods will only be dispatched to the customer when payment has been made in full in cleared funds and in any variance of this term shall be upon such terms as the Company dictates.

5. Samples

5.1 Should the Company present a customer with a sample, this will not constitute a sale by sample and is only and indication of the type and quality of the goods.
