FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How quickly will my order be processed and delivered?
We normally process and dispatch orders within 3-5 working days depending upon when the order was placed.
If your Order includes Engraving - this may take approximately 4-7 working days to dispatch.
During busier periods we will still try to aim for a maximum of 4-9 working days, this is especially true for Christmas periods where we always provide as much notice as we can to ensure you are aware of Royal Mail cut off dates etc.
Please be aware that we send items from various locations so occasionally you may receive individual items on different days.
Can an Engraved item be returned-
Sorry - but any item you have requested us to Engrave cannot be returned for a Refund.
How are your delivery prices calculated?
We calculate our delivery charges by the value of each item ordered, as you shop and put an item into your basket the relevant charge will be shown.
If you purchase more than 1 Item - the Delivery charge will be a maximum of £8.95 - or free if your order totals 95.00 or over.
we only use 1st class royal mail, for Zippo Lighters we use 1st class Recorded delivery only.
If your total Order Value exceeds £95.00 in value your delivery will be Free of Charge

Lead Times
In the UK Orders usually take 2-4 business days from the day the order is dispatched through to receipt by the customer. In exceptional circumstances please allow 21 days for delivery - if we have any problems with your order we will contact you via email.
For delivery outside the UK we ask that you send us an email to enable us to quote you the relevant cost and time.
Please note:- All our delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the Post Office.
If your delivery has not arrived within the estimated times please contact us.
Where do your products come from?
We are constantly looking & sourcing around the world for new and exciting products and we work with various Importers many of whom have their own Exclusive designs.
How are you protecting my details online?
As we use "Paypal" for all transactions on our site - either by Credit Card or `Paypal Account' - you can rest assured your details are fully protected
What is your returns procedure?
Everyone is entitled to change their mind with any purchases made from us, we appreciate that sometimes products look different in your home than they did on the website.
If you change your mind then goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery to you. This may only be done by first contacting Broadway Presentations via email - stating your reason for return & request a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference.
You will be required to cover the cost of the return postage. Please ensure that you retain the proof of sending any item for return.
Only items in their original condition and packaging will be accepted.
Please note that all returns are subject to our Terms & Conditions, but these do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
With regards to breakages - please contact us for information via email, letter or phone.
